Overview
Chief of Staff
As a senior-level executive, I worked closely with the company's leaders to manage key priorities, streamline operations, and ensure that the organization's vision is effectively implemented. I served as a liaison between the leader and other teams, handled high-level decision-making, oversee special projects, helped coordinate strategy, and supervised other executive assistants and administrative staff.
Estate Manager
I oversaw the daily operations and maintenance of luxury private estates and assets such as yachts and exotic vehicles. I managed staff (butlers, housekeepers, landscapers, nannies etc.), proactively coordinated preventative maintenance, handled budgets, and ensured everything-from the family's schedule to multiple properties and high-end assets-rans smoothly at all times.
Operations Manager
As the Operations Manager for a nonprofit healthcare clinic, I oversaw daily administrative and operational functions, ensuring efficient patient services, staff coordination, and compliance with healthcare regulations. I managed budgets, funding, scheduling, inventory, and facility maintenance, while also optimizing workflows to improve service quality and patient care. My role ensured the smooth, efficient, and safe functioning of the facility.
Facilities Manager
As the Facilities Manager for a 200,000 sq/ft facility and 4 offsite office locations, I was responsible for maintaining and managing the physical infrastructure of the company as well as the onsite cafe. This included managing a team of 8 staff members, from baristas to repair technicians, overseeing maintenance, repairs, safety, and security, while ensuring that the facility was functional, compliant with regulations, and wellmaintained. I also stayed informed of the CDC and local guidelines during the pandemic to come up with the safest plan for employees to first work remotely, and then provided a strategy for the return-to-office.
